The library section of this web site is being designed to serve two
purposes. First,
we want to provide documents and resources to help clients
and potential clients of the Law Office of Robert L. Berkebile.
We have also provided some resources of interest to those wishing to examine issues in the law themselves. Of course, the material presented here does not represent legal advice, which can only be provided directly by a qualified attorney.

Government salary schedules: From time-to-time it is useful to make reference to past government salary schedules. As a service to both our clients and others in the Washington, DC area, the following references are provided for those needing either Federal Government or District of Columbia Government pay tables.
District of Columbia Government salary schedules. Included here are general service (DS, non-union) pay schedules for the District of Columbia Government's Fiscal Years 1999 through 2008.
Federal Government salary schedules. Included here are general service (GS) pay schedules for the Federal Government's Fiscal Years 1998 through 2008.
District
of Columbia Code: The DC Code is the compilation of the Laws
of the District of Columbia. The code is accessible through the link
provided here, or through links on Council of the District of Columbia's
web site.
